Newest Changes

The past few days have been a bit slower, we have patched things, and made new holes which we then had to patch (I'll explain in a min), and started getting things painted so we can get ready for carpet in time!

So an explanation of the making a hole and then having to patch it. In the master bedroom there is a closet but its kind of small, so we were thinking that there would be more room in the wall and we could just knock out a bit of wall and make a much bigger closet. Well Jeff started making a hole in the closet and found out that there is only about 4 INCHES between the bedroom closet and a closet that is in the front room.... and not a couple feet like we were thinking. We then realized that the bedroom extends farther out then the front room. There is a bit of a porch for the front door but the bedroom wall is actually along that wall... so the space that we were thinking we would use for the closet is actually the amount that extends out to the front porch! lol don't know why NONE of us realized that but about 5 different people didn't realize that the bedroom extend out that far, and just figured that it was the same length as the front room wall. So we had to patch that back up. :D

Then a place for a track light that will shine on the mantle.

Saturday Jeff had a little bit of time in between the other side jobs and things that he had to get done so he went back to the house to fix the light and get it all hooked up.
